Create your own unique Internet site based upon your telephone number. Put your phone number to work as your personal, easy to remember, one of a kind Internet address.
Telphone Number
This number will become your personal Internet address for various Internet activities. ICUC may ask you to verify ownership of this number via caller id and other means.
As a verified ICUC member you may also register additional telephone numbers and receive additional benefits.
Email Address (this will be your user id)
Example: MyValidUserName@hotmail.com
A valid E-mail address is required for ICUC account management.
After you become a verified ICUC member you can add or remove email forwards and set email forwarding rules at any time.
Web Site Forwarding
Example: www.facebook.com/My.ICUC
Link your phone number to your web site URL address (this must be an existing home page or web address).
Your Name
Example: Dr. Lisa T. O'Bonnell, III, DDS. Enter your formal name as you wish it to be displayed - complete with any salutation, military rank etc.

Time Zone
Personal Identification Number
Password
Password must be at least 4 characters but no more than 16 characters long. Password may contain upper and lower case letters and/or digits. The special characters ! and # and $ are also allowed.
Password Challenge Questions and Answers (Optional)
If you lose your password,
answering the questions that you have placed on file with us can speed the recovery process. You create both the question and the answer. You may have two questions and answers for added security.
For additional
security (Optional)
Note: If you do not have
any questions on file with us, all we can do is send
your password reset to your last email address on file. If you have
question(s) you must know the answer(s), however the advantage
is that if you know the answer(s) to your own question(s) we can
give you your password via new email or telephone.
IP Security Level
For a dial-up connection
a selection of 0, 1 or 2 may be most appropriate. For a broadband
connection (cable/dsl/T1) a selection of 2, 3 or 4 may be
most appropriate. Higher numbers (more secure) mean you are
less likely to be asked to login again or asked a challenge question.
